Combine your favorite fruits with low-fat yogurt and Homemade Granola for a healthy snack or breakfast.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup sliced fresh fruit (bananas, berries, cantaloupe, grapes, oranges, etc.)
  • ¼ cup Homemade Granola (or store-bought granola)

Instructions
 

  • Put a small amount of yogurt in the bottom of a glass.
  • Add a small amount of fruit.
  • Add two more layers; first yogurt, then fruit.
  • Top with granola.
