choose low or fat-free



• Almond milk*
• Buttermilk
• Chocolate milk
• Coconut milk*
• Evaporated milk
• Flavored milk

• Frozen yogurt
• Milk
• Nonfat dry milk powder + water
• Soymilk*

Extras

To thicken and
enhance flavor




• Avocado
• Canned or cooked squash, peas, sweet potato, or pumpkin
• Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Select ingredients from the chart below and place in a blender with ice. If a blender is not available, use a resealable plastic bag and crushed ice.
  2. If using fresh or canned fruit, add 1-2 cups of ice.
  3. Mix, pour, and enjoy.
