Easy Banana Ice Cream
Make your own ice cream-like dessert with two ingredients and a few simple steps.

Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- ⅔ cup milk or 100% fruit juice (apple, orange, or berry)
Instructions
- Peel bananas and break into 1 inch pieces.
- Freeze banana pieces in a sealed bag.
- After pieces are frozen, blend the pieces together with milk or juice in a blender.
- Spoon into bowl or freeze for a couple of minutes, if too soft. Serve immediately.
Notes
Variations
- Add Berries: Add ½ cup of berries to blender or place on top of ice cream.
- Add Cocoa: Add 1 Tablespoon of cocoa to blender.
- Add Nuts: Add ¼ cup of nuts to blender or place on top of ice cream.
