Frozen Yogurt Pops

Make your own popsicle cubes with low-fat yogurt. Try adding your favorite fruit.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 large or 2 small ripe bananas
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 ½ cups low-fat vanilla or fruit yogurt
  • ½ cup low-fat milk

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut fruit into chunks.
  • Put fruit, yogurt, and milk into blender and purée.
  • Ladle purée into two ice cube trays and cover with plastic wrap or wax paper.
  • Poke small spoons or wooden sticks into each cube. This may work best when the pops are partially frozen.
  • Freeze until solid.

Notes

Variation
Larger Pops: Use a muffin tin instead of an ice cube tray for the pops.
