Frozen Yogurt Pops
Make your own popsicle cubes with low-fat yogurt. Try adding your favorite fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small ripe bananas
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 ½ cups low-fat vanilla or fruit yogurt
- ½ cup low-fat milk
Instructions
- Peel and cut fruit into chunks.
- Put fruit, yogurt, and milk into blender and purée.
- Ladle purée into two ice cube trays and cover with plastic wrap or wax paper.
- Poke small spoons or wooden sticks into each cube. This may work best when the pops are partially frozen.
- Freeze until solid.
Notes
Variation
Larger Pops: Use a muffin tin instead of an ice cube tray for the pops.
