Fruit Parfait
Combine your favorite fruits with low-fat yogurt and Homemade Granola for a healthy snack or breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup sliced fresh fruit (bananas, berries, cantaloupe, grapes, oranges, etc.)
- ¼ cup Homemade Granola (or store-bought granola)
Instructions
- Put a small amount of yogurt in the bottom of a glass.
- Add a small amount of fruit.
- Add two more layers; first yogurt, then fruit.
- Top with granola.
