Fresh fruit and a little sugar makes a great chilled side dish.

Ingredients
 

  • ¾ cup strawberries
  • 2 apples
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon fruit jelly
  • 2 Tablespoons orange juice (or juice from one orange)

Instructions
 

  • Wash, dry, and chop strawberries, apples, and kiwi.
  • Combine all fruit in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine sugar, jelly, and juice. Pour over fruit.
  • Use Cinnamon Chips, Graham crackers, or fruit slices for dipping.
