  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup tomato (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Green Pepper (chopped)
  • ¼ cup cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon red onion (diced)
  • ½-1 teaspoon CNP Italian Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all ingredients.
  • Chill 2 hours before serving.
