Ingredients

low-fat vanilla yogurt

sliced fresh fruit
bananas, berries, cantaloupe, grapes, oranges, etc.

cup
Homemade Granola
or store-bought granola
Instructions
Put a small amount of yogurt in the bottom of a glass.
Add a small amount of fruit.
Add two more layers; first yogurt, then fruit.
Top with granola.
