Ingredients
1 ¾cuplow-sodium beef or chicken broth
¾cupCNP Magic Mix
½teaspoonblack pepper
dash of nutmeg
18CNP Baked Meatballsor pre-cooked meatballs
4cupscooked egg noodles or 2 medium potatoes, cut and boiled
Instructions
Stir broth, CNP Magic Mix, black pepper, and nutmeg in saucepan or electric skillet. Stir constantly over medium heat until thick and smooth.
Add meatballs and heat through, about 15-20 minutes. Use a food thermometer to check that center of meatball reaches 160°F for food safety.
