Ingredients
1pound boneless lean beef or gamesirloin or round
½cuponionchopped
½cupmushrooms choppedor 1 6-ounce can, drained
2garlic clovesor 1 teaspoon minced or 1/2 teaspoon powder
¼teaspoon salt
½teaspoon black pepper
½cupCNP Magic Mix
½cuplow-sodium brothchicken or beef
½cup low-fat plain yogurtor low-fat sour cream
4cupscooked whole-grain noodles
Instructions
Cut meat into thin strips.
In large pan electric skillet, brown meat with onions, mushrooms, garlic salt, and pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, stir CNP Magic Mix and broth. Bring to a simmer stirring constantly until thickened.
Turn heat to low. Slowly stir in yogurt or sour cream. When well mixed, add meat mixture and heat through.
