Peanut Butter Refrigerator Cookies
A few ingredients is all it takes to have these soft peanut buttery cookies fresh at home.

Ingredients

cups
CNP Master Mix
½
cup
sugar
1 ¾
cups
peanut butter
2
eggs
beaten
¼
cup
low-fat milk
1
teaspoon
vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine CNP Master Mix and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients and blend together with a fork.
Shape dough into two logs about 1 ½ inches in diameter.
Wrap logs in waxed paper and refrigerate overnight or freeze for
30-60 minutes
until firm.
Cut into ¼-inch thick slices and place on a baking sheet (without cooking spray).
Press down on the top of each cookie with a fork.
Bake at 375°F for
12-15 minutes
.
