How to Sauté Chicken
Many recipes in the online cookbook call for cooked chicken. Just add spices and the meat is ready for your favorite recipes.

chicken

tablespoons
olive or canola oil
Instructions
Add chicken and oil to electric skillet, wok, or sauce pan. Stir occasionally.
Use a food thermometer to check that chicken reaches 165°F for food safety. Stack several small pieces on thermometer for accurate reading.
Add spices and use in your favorite recipes.

Chicken must be cooked thoroughly, until no pink spots remain, though steaks and other cuts of meat may be rare to well done.
