Ingredients
2Tablespoonscanola oil
2 ½cupsassorted whole-grain cerealsunsweetened
½ to 1cupassorted nuts
¼teaspoononion powder
⅛teaspoongarlic powder
1 ¼teaspoonchili powder
1teaspoonpaprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250°F.
Add oil to the bottom of large baking pan.
Pour in cereal and nuts. Stir well to so pieces are coated with oil.
Sprinkle on seasonings. Stir well again. Spread evenly in pan.
Bake uncovered at 250°F for 20-30 minutes or until cereal begins to brown. Serve warm or cool.
Store cooled mixture in tightly closed container.
To re-crisp, heat in oven at 250°F for a few minutes.
