Pork and hot peppers make a delicious homemade version of chili.

lean pork

flour

Tablespoon
canola oil

small onion
diced

garlic cloves, minced
or 1 teaspoon powder

4-ounce
can green chiles
drained and chopped

15-ounce
can tomatoes
undrained

cups
water
black pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut up pork and lightly coat with flour.
Heat oil over medium-high heat in skillet or electric skillet. Add pork and cook until browned on all sides.
Add onions and garlic. Cook until brown.
Add jalapeño, tomatoes with liquid, water, and black pepper. Simmer for
1 hour
.
