Zesty Lemon Fish
Take a break from red meat and bake your favorite white fish.

pound
white fish fillets
tilapia, cod, etc.
1
small onion
sliced

Tablespoons
lemon juice
1
teaspoon
canola oil
1 ½
teaspoons
lemon pepper or black pepper
1
teaspoon
dried parsley
¼
teaspoon
of paprika
optional
nonstick spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet (any size) with nonstick spray.
Separate fish into 4 serving size pieces. Place on baking sheet coated with nonstick spray.
Top with onion slices.
Drizzle lemon juice and oil evenly over fish.
Sprinkle fish with pepper and parsley. Dust with paprika.
Cover and let stand for
5 minutes
.
Bake at 350°F for
20 minutes
or until fish flakes easily with a fork and has an internal temperature of 145°F.
