Zesty Lemon Fish

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound white fish fillets (tilapia, cod, etc.)
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 4 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lemon pepper or black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon of paprika (optional)
  • nonstick spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet (any size) with nonstick spray.
  • Separate fish into 4 serving size pieces. Place on baking sheet coated with nonstick spray.
  • Top with onion slices.
  • Drizzle lemon juice and oil evenly over fish.
  • Sprinkle fish with pepper and parsley. Dust with paprika.
  • Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and has an internal temperature of 145°F.
