Chili Rice Bake
This recipe uses CNP Meat Sauce, a pantry staple made ahead of time and frozen for easy meals.

CNP Meat Sauce
frozen

beef broth
1
green bell pepper
chopped

Tablespoons
chili powder
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
3

cooked brown rice
½
cup
low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
Nonstick spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with nonstick spray.
Heat frozen CNP Meat Sauce, broth, bell pepper, and spices to a boil in a saucepan.
Add rice and stir together.
Pour into the baking dish and sprinkle cheese over the top.
Bake at 350°F for
20 minutes
or until the cheese begins to brown.
