Ingredients
1cuptomatofinely chopped
½cuptomato sauce
¼cupchopped onionfinely chopped
½cupGreen Pepperfinely chopped
2Tablespoonsvinegar or lemon juice
½teaspoongarlic powderor 1 tsp minced or 2 cloves chopped
1-3jalapeño pepperschopped
½cupchopped cilantrooptional
Instructions
Chop all vegetables.
Mix all the ingredients together in a glass bowl. Use gloves when chopping the jalapeño pepper and use caution to not rub your eyes. Wash your hands thoroughly after handling the peppers.
Refrigerate salsa for at least one hour before serving to allow all flavors to blend.
