Learn how to quickly and safely slice, chop, and mince vegetables.
Ingredients
1zucchini
1yellow squash
1bell pepper
1onion
1carrot
Instructions
Cut round vegetables in half. Lay flat side on cutting board. Chop into 1-inch pieces or strips.
Chop top quarter of bell pepper. Remove and discard seeds. Remove stem. Chop into 1-inch pieces or strips.
Peel onion and cut off top and bottom. Slice in half lengthwise. Lay flat side on cutting board. Slice lengthwise into strips. Turn onion 180° and slice lengthwise to create smaller cubes.
Cut top inch of carrot stem and discard. Slice in half lengthwise. Lay flat side on cutting board. Slice into 1-inch pieces or strips.

Notes
