Ingredients

kale or collard greens

canola oil

garlic cloves, chopped
or 2 teaspoons minced or 1 teaspoon powder

water

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

Tablespoons
cider vinegar
Instructions
Wash greens and cut away stems. Dry leaves.
Tear leaves into pieces or slice across leaves into ½-inch wide strips.
Cook garlic in oil in a large skillet or electric skillet over medium-high heat. Add greens and water.
Cover and steam for
4 minutes.
Uncover and stir. Add salt and pepper.
Continue to stir until greens shrink.
Add vinegar and cover.
Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes
5 minutes.
Serve warm.
