Ingredients
1large banana
4scoops of watermelonuse an ice cream scoop
1cupraspberries, blueberries, strawberriesor a combination of berries
¼cuplow-fat vanilla yogurt
2TablespoonsHomemade Granola
Instructions
Peel banana and cut in half crosswise. Cut each of those in half lengthwise. For each serving, lay 2 banana pieces against the sides of a shallow dish.
Place watermelon scoops at each end of dish. Fill the center space with berries.
Spoon yogurt over watermelon. Sprinkle with granola.
