Watermelon Berry Banana Split

This fresh fruit dessert is a sweet treat even without ice cream and syrup.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 large banana
  • 4 scoops of watermelon (use an ice cream scoop)
  • 1 cup raspberries, blueberries, strawberries (or a combination of berries)
  • ¼ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Homemade Granola

Instructions
 

  • Peel banana and cut in half crosswise. Cut each of those in half lengthwise. For each serving, lay 2 banana pieces against the sides of a shallow dish.
  • Place watermelon scoops at each end of dish. Fill the center space with berries.
  • Spoon yogurt over watermelon. Sprinkle with granola.
