Banana Berry Topping
This warm, pan fried topping poured over chilled or frozen yogurt is a tasty alternative to high calorie ice cream.

Ingredients
- 2 large bananas
- ⅔ cup dried sweetened cranberries
- ½ cup oatmeal
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup water
- 4 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
- Nonstick spray
Instructions
- Cut bananas into ½-inch pieces.
- Spray a large skillet or electric skillet with nonstick spray.
- Combine banana, cranberries, oatmeal, nutmeg, and cinnamon in the skillet.
- Cook on medium-high heat until heated thoroughly. Add water.
- Heat until cranberries soften.
- Divide frozen yogurt between four bowls. Top with Banana Berry Topping.
