Banana Berry Topping

Ingredients
 

  • 2 large bananas
  • cup dried sweetened cranberries
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
  • Nonstick spray

Instructions
 

  • Cut bananas into ½-inch pieces.
  • Spray a large skillet or electric skillet with nonstick spray.
  • Combine banana, cranberries, oatmeal, nutmeg, and cinnamon in the skillet.
  • Cook on medium-high heat until heated thoroughly. Add water.
  • Heat until cranberries soften.
  • Divide frozen yogurt between four bowls. Top with Banana Berry Topping.
