Cookie Dough Hummus
It might sound strange but this recipe tastes just like chocolate chip cookie dough and it is safe to eat raw!
Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can chickpeas
- 1 Tablespoon reduced fat peanut butter
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoon raisins
- ½ cup oats
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except raisins and oats in blender; blend until smooth and creamy
- Add raisins and oats. Mix well.
- Serve with graham crackers.
