Instructions
- Using the chart above, choose combinations to total the amount of nuts and seeds, grains, and dried fruits. For example, select 1/4 cup cashews and 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds to make a combined total of 1/2 cup.
- For a sweet addition, choose one or more items from the sweet column to total 1/4 cup.
- For a flavor option, add a sprinkling from the flavor column.
- Shake together in a resealable bag. Divide into 1/4-cup portions. Serve in mini paper cups or split into snack-size bags.

- Pecans, granola, dried apples, nutmeg
- Cashews and sunflower seeds, popcorn, dried mango, bananas, coconut and ginger
