Mango Salsa
This versatile recipe is a quick and easy side dish for any meal or party. Enjoy this salsa with vegetables, whole-grain chips, or whole-wheat crackers.

Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes (chopped)
- ½ onion (diced)
- 1 mango (cubed)
- 2 Tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
- salt to taste
- lemon juice to taste
Instructions
- Wash tomatoes, onion, mango, and cilantro. Chop the tomatoes. Dice the onion. Chop the mango into small cubes. Chop the cilantro.
- Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Toss well to blend.
- Chill at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
- Enjoy with vegetables, whole-grain chips, whole-wheat crackers, or on tacos and burritos.
