Peanut Butter Refrigerator Cookies
A few ingredients is all it takes to have these soft peanut buttery cookies fresh at home.

Ingredients
- 2 cups CNP Master Mix
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 ¾ cups peanut butter
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- ¼ cup low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Combine CNP Master Mix and sugar.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend together with a fork.
- Shape dough into two logs about 1 ½ inches in diameter.
- Wrap logs in waxed paper and refrigerate overnight or freeze for 30-60 minutes until firm.
- Cut into ¼-inch thick slices and place on a baking sheet (without cooking spray).
- Press down on the top of each cookie with a fork.
- Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
