
Watermelon Berry Banana Split
This fresh fruit dessert is a sweet treat even without ice cream and syrup.

Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 4 scoops of watermelon (use an ice cream scoop)
- 1 cup raspberries, blueberries, strawberries (or a combination of berries)
- ¼ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Homemade Granola
Instructions
- Peel banana and cut in half crosswise. Cut each of those in half lengthwise. For each serving, lay 2 banana pieces against the sides of a shallow dish.
- Place watermelon scoops at each end of dish. Fill the center space with berries.
- Spoon yogurt over watermelon. Sprinkle with granola.
