Taco Soup
This soup uses the CNP Meat Sauce, a base mix of meat and spices you can make ahead and use in many recipes for a quick meal.

Ingredients

CNP Meat Sauce

teaspoons
CNP Mexican Seasoning

15-ounce can
diced tomatoes

cooked beans
kidney, pinto, or black beans; or 1 15-oz can, drained

15-ounce can
corn
drained

cup
water
shredded cheese, corn chips, olives, low-fat sour cream
optional toppings
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Simmer
10 minutes
, or longer if meat sauce is frozen. Add more water, if needed.
Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with shredded cheese and other toppings, as desired.
