If you are a Pesticide Applicator who needs to test for a new or a renewal license, please email Valerie Adams, vadams4@uwyo.edu or call 307-733-3087 to schedule a test appointment time.
In order to pre-register you for your test, we will need the following information:
- Name as it is to appear on your applicator license
- Date of birth
- Email address
- License number if renewing
- Your or your employer’s mailing address
- Phone number
- $25.00 is due and payable to the Wyoming Dept. of Agriculture at the time of your test. NO CASH accepted. Payment must be made with a check or traceable money order/cashier’s check only.
