Bean Dip-in-a-Bag

Ingredients
 

  • cup cooked pinto beans (or about 3 ounces canned and drained beans)
  • 1 teaspoon low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Homemade Salsa
  • 1 small resealable plastic bag

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a small resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out excess air and seal.
  • Mash everything together with your fingers.
  • Open bag or cut off corner of bag and squeeze out dip.
  • Enjoy with vegetables, tortilla chips, or whole-wheat crackers.

Notes

Variations
  • Change the Beans: For variety, try black beans or other types of beans.
  • Make it Spicy: Add chili powder or hot sauce to the bag.
