Italian Soup
This quick and easy recipe uses the CNP Meat Sauce. CNP Meat Sauce is base mix of ground meat and spices you can make ahead and store for use in many of our recipes. Use whole grain pasta for added fiber.

Ingredients
- 2 cups CNP Meat Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon CNP Italian Seasoning
- 1 15-ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups cannelloni beans, cooked (or 1 15-oz can, drained)
- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- ½ cup whole-grain pasta (uncooked)
- 1 cup CNP Vegetable Mix
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil. Add more water, if needed.
- Simmer 10 minutes until macaroni is tender.
