A one-to-one ratio of peanut butter and yogurt, this dip is great for a lunchtime or after school snack. Pair with your favorite fruits and vegetables or try new ones.

- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup peanut butter
- assorted fruits and/or vegetables
Instructions
- Mix yogurt and peanut butter well in a bowl or resealable plastic bag.
- Serve with apples, pears, bananas, strawberries, carrots, or celery. Can also be used on sandwiches.
