A one-to-one ratio of peanut butter and yogurt, this dip is great for a lunchtime or after school snack. Pair with your favorite fruits and vegetables or try new ones.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • assorted fruits and/or vegetables

Instructions
 

  • Mix yogurt and peanut butter well in a bowl or resealable plastic bag.
  • Serve with apples, pears, bananas, strawberries, carrots, or celery. Can also be used on sandwiches.
