
Pumpkin Yogurt Dip
This yogurt based dip includes pumpkin for thickness and added nutrients.

Ingredients
- ½ cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yougurt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- assorted fruits, vegetables, crackers, or pita bread
Instructions
- Mix pumpkin, yogurt, and cinnamon well in a bowl or resealable plastic bag.
- Freeze extra pumpkin in a plastic, freezer-safe container for later use.
- Serve with sliced apples, bananas, carrots, celery, or strawberries, whole-wheat pita bread, and/or whole-grain crackers.
