Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yougurt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • assorted fruits, vegetables, crackers, or pita bread

Instructions
 

  • Mix pumpkin, yogurt, and cinnamon well in a bowl or resealable plastic bag.
  • Freeze extra pumpkin in a plastic, freezer-safe container for later use.
  • Serve with sliced apples, bananas, carrots, celery, or strawberries, whole-wheat pita bread, and/or whole-grain crackers.
