Ingredients
Salad
- 1 package ramen noodles
- ½ head cabbage
- 1 apple (chopped)
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
Dressing
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons canola oil
- 1 Tablespoon sugar or honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Salad
- Break up ramen noodles and combine with cabbage, apple, and onions. Mix well.
Dressing
- Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Add dressing to salad and toss.
