Pizza Ingredients

Crust

Sauce

CNP Magic Mix thick white sauce
• Tomato sauce or tomato paste thinned with water
• Refried Beans
• Barbecue Sauce
Homemade Salsa
• Peanut Sauce (1/4 cup peanut butter, 2 Tbsp water, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp chili powder)

Spices
1 to 2 teaspoons

• Garlic
• Oregano
• Basil
• Ginger
• Cumin
• Chili powder

Vegetables or Fruit

CNP Vegetable Mix
• Tomatoes
• Spinach
• Onion
• Peppers (green, red, jalapeño, banana)
• Mushrooms
• Olives (green or black)
• Avocado
• Squash
• Broccoli
• Eggplant
• Pineapple
• Dried cranberries

Protein
cooked

CNP Meat Sauce
• Chicken
• Ham
• Ground beef or turkey
• Sausage
• Extra firm tofu
• Low-fat cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan)

Cooking Instructions

  1. See chart above to choose ingredients.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  3. Prepare crust. Make it round or rectangle depending on your baking sheets. Let rest 10 minutes.
  4. Coat baking pan or cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Roll or pat dough on baking pan/sheet to an 11- to 12-inch circle or rectangle, depending on the baking sheets. Dough should. be about 1/4-inch thick. Turn up edges of dough.
  6. Prepare chosen sauces and toppings. Add to crust.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is cooked and sauce is bubbly. For a crispier crust, roll out dough and bake at 425°F for 8 minutes. Add sauce and toppings and bake at 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
