Ensuring mental health during finals week…

Congratulations on making it to finals week this semester! Finals are stressful and may seem impossible at times but it is important to know that grades aren’t permanent, so if things don’t go as planned, it’s okay. In between studying for finals, it’s important to take some time for yourself and take a break away from school. Whether it’s going to the movies, watching another episode of your newest Netflix obsession, playing with puppies at the Wellness Center or watching funny cat videos on YouTube, there are plenty of ways to reduce stress. When it comes to studying for finals, there are many resources available to students. Visiting your professor a couple days before the exam is probably the best resource available to students. STEP tutoring is another great resource because the tutors will give you one-on-one time to help you figure out stuff.

Overall, just remember that grades aren’t everything, college is to learn but also to have fun in the process.

Have a great finals week and a great break everyone, you deserve it!!!
